home made cottage cheese (paneer) marinated in lemon juice and sun-dried red chillie cooked to perfection in bell peppers and caramalised onions.

home made patties of potatoes, green peas and spinach, delicately spices and deep fried.

jaipuri crispy bhindi
thinly sliced okra mixed with gram flour delicately spiced and golden fried for crispness.

kur-kuri chat
a refreshing crunchy combination of fried wheat chips topped with yogurt,

succulent chicken pieces, cooked to perfection using native ingredients and garnished with coriander and green chillies.

black lentils and red kidney beans simmered over night with perfection in spices and finished with cream.

basmati rice tinged with fresh lime, curry leaves and a hint of mustard seeds.
